Why are payments not immediately confirmed?

Answer:

For crypto we do not support zero confirmation payments. However we do confirm payments as soon as possible, delay is kept to a minimum.

Why is my account disabled?

Answer:

We do not support dormant accounts, either use it or we disable it after a grace period of waiting. You can prevent disabling, see next question.

How can I prevent that my account will get disabled?

Why are payments to the "crypto address" section not immediately visible?

Answer:

Because it's a transaction with a long wait time, it will confirm once you click the consolidate button, your address will not be open any longer after that.

Can I buy bitcoin?

Answer:

Yes you can do that via bank transfer, use the "Buy" option and then select either Euro, Dollar or GBP as inputCurrency, then pay to the address mentioned.

Can I sell bitcoin?

Answer:

Yes you can, transfer the bitcoin to your account, then do a "Bank payout"

How does the crypto address book and the bank address book work?

It enables you to store addresses for future use.
